I Face PUBG Account Login Block Due to Suspicious Activity Warning

Today, I suddenly became unable to log into my PUBG account that is linked to my phone number. I have been logging in every day without any issues, but now, even though I enter my password correctly, I cannot access my account. Instead, I see a warning message saying: “We detected suspicious activity.”

There has been no unusual activity on my account, nor has anyone else accessed it. My username is kefen fırış, and my registered phone number ends in 5172*34. I currently have no UC balance since I already spent it.

I contacted customer service regarding this problem, but they did not resolve it and offered no alternative solution. I am requesting that my account access be restored immediately and that this issue be properly addressed.
