I am facing an issue with my PUBG Mobile account linked to my phone number. I attempted to reset my password, but I am not receiving the verification code on my phone. The phone number is correctly linked, and I have checked all possible issues—it's not in the spam or blocked list, and notifications are enabled.

This has made it impossible for me to access my account or complete the password reset process. I am extremely frustrated as I rely on this account and expected a seamless recovery option.
