I Face Missing UC and No Refund After Payment on PUBG Mobile

On September 14, 2015, I made a ₺1000 bank transfer payment through the website enucuzpubg to purchase UC for PUBG Mobile. After the transaction, I received an email confirmation stating that my order was approved. However, the UC was never credited to my account.
Shortly after, I noticed that my account balance was reset to zero, and all my orders were marked as canceled. Despite this, the payment was not refunded to me.
I tried to contact customer support, but their hotline is completely closed, and the phone number listed on the website belongs to another company. This raises concerns that my account may have even been blocked.
This is the first time I’ve ever faced such a problem with UC purchases. I live in Istanbul, and up to now, no solution or response has been provided by the seller.
I request a full refund of ₺1000 immediately and also urge that protective measures be taken so that other players do not suffer the same type of fraud. Platforms should be accountable for failed transactions, and customers deserve transparency and support.
