I Face Missing Item Issue on PUBG Mobile After Winning Viriktoz Headgear
I play PUBG Mobile on my Lenovo tablet, and recently, through an in-game crate, I won the Viriktoz Headgear. However, just one day after it appeared in my account, it vanished without any explanation. The item was not time-limited, and there had been no changes to my account during this period — no logouts, no updates, and no device switches. I also did not spend any UC between receiving and losing the item. My in-game username is c*, and I first noticed the issue on either Friday or Saturday in 2025.
This is extremely frustrating because I earned this cosmetic fairly, and it simply disappeared without cause. I request that PUBG Mobile investigate this issue immediately and restore the Viriktoz Headgear to my account. Additionally, I expect a clear explanation of how and why this happened to prevent similar losses for other players in the future.
Progress
For about a month, I have been frequently encountering cheaters in the 1 vs 1 Sniper game. Especially those using auto-aim (aimbot); even if they shoot into the air, the bullets hit my character directly. This situation has made the game completely unplayable.
I use a Lenovo tablet and my username is 'cikit'. I have played in different cities such as Ankara, Tokat, and Adana, but I encounter many more cheaters especially in the Tokat region. I have reported this to the game’s support team multiple times, but I have not received any response and the problem persists.
I want cheaters to be blocked and this issue to be completely resolved, especially in the Tokat region. I request that our gaming experience be improved and a more effective monitoring mechanism be established.
