PUBG Mobile Refund Request for Wrong 1000 UC Transaction

On October 19, while playing PUBG Mobile on my Vivo Y36 device, I accidentally purchased a 1000 UC crate using my in-game currency. I only opened the crate but did not use or equip any of its contents. I want to clarify that this purchase was entirely unintentional.

I’ve made several in-game purchases before, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. I even have a screenshot of the transaction that I can share if needed. My in-game username is TOXİC×AHMIR.

I kindly request a refund of the mistakenly purchased crate and that the 1000 UC be restored to my account balance. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
