I Face Account Loss on PUBG Mobile After Failed Sale via Kabasakal Platform

On 12/08/2025, I attempted to sell my PUBG Mobile account through the Kabasakal platform. The buyer unexpectedly demanded a ₺6,000 “verification fee” and claimed that ₺31,000 would be transferred to me afterward. Since I could not pay this fee, my account was blocked. Shortly after, the buyer changed all the account details and completely locked me out. I now have zero access to my account.
I immediately contacted PUBG Mobile customer service and the Kabasakal platform to report the situation, but both stated they could not help. I still have the buyer’s contact number, but I cannot reach them because they have blocked me.
I demand that my account be restored to me immediately and that all my in-game progress and purchases be secured. I also request that PUBG Mobile take stronger action against fraudulent account buyers on third-party platforms to protect players from similar scams in the future. This situation has caused me significant distress, and I expect an urgent resolution.
