Pronet Does Not Cancel My Subscription

In March, I submitted a written petition to cancel my Pronet membership. They said, let's extend it for free, find us a new member, and transfer our subscription to him. I said OK. However, they continued to issue invoices after that date. I called. They said it was a mistake and we will refund your money. They didn't. There was a total of 4 bills like this. Two of them were paid as they were automatic payments. When the automatic payment was canceled, two invoices were reflected as a debt. They don't cancel, they don't refund the money they withdraw, or they stop issuing invoices. I officially entered a vortex as a member of Pronet. I have never encountered such a situation in my life. I don't recommend it to anyone. I am also writing on this platform so that no one will fall into this situation that I am in. I hope you will see this message when you search and give up your decision without experiencing my grievance. Make sure you don't lose anything.
