Pronet Charged Me Three Years After Cancellation and Refused to Cancel the Bill
After the expiration of our contract with Pronet, I requested a cancellation of my subscription. Despite renewing my request multiple times, they finally informed me that my subscription had ended. However, three years later, I received a bill for ₺3,550. When I contacted them about this, they initially stated that they would cancel the invoice. After the dispute period for the invoice had passed, they contacted me again, asking for payment of ₺3,550 and a device removal fee. Subscribing to or committing to this company is like being diagnosed with the most severe form of cancer—you subscribe, but you can never leave. During my last conversation, I mentioned that I would take the matter to court, to which they responded by saying that court and legal fees would cost at least ₺20,000. In other words, they suggest that paying the removal fee and ₺3,550 for a service I did not receive is the more logical option. I am dealing with a company that lacks professional ethics and exploits its customers, causing significant distress.
