Can’t Open Trades on PrimeXBT — Constant ‘Connection Error’ Since Last Night

PrimeXBT App Connection Issue — Unable to Place New Trades
Since 9:00 p.m. last night, I’ve been constantly receiving a “connection error” message on the PrimeXBT app, which prevents me from opening any new trades.
I’ve already tried logging out and back in, as well as restarting my phone, but the problem still persists. I’m currently using mobile data only, and my internet connection works perfectly with other apps — so it’s clear that the issue is coming from PrimeXBT’s app itself.
My account number is #USDT479437, and my device is a Samsung Galaxy S25. Although I haven’t suffered any direct financial loss yet, I’m unable to execute new trades, which could lead to missed opportunities.
I’m requesting that this technical issue be resolved urgently so I can resume trading without further disruption.
