I Can’t Access My Poloniex Account—App and Website Show Network Error Constantly

I’ve been trying to access my Poloniex account for days through both the mobile app and website, but I keep getting a “network error” message every single time. I’ve checked my internet connection, tried different devices, even used a VPN—nothing works.
What’s even more frustrating is that there is no one to contact directly. There’s no live support, no response from emails, and absolutely no explanation anywhere about what’s going on. I have funds in my account, and I need to make investments, but I’m being completely locked out.
Poloniex, how can you expect users to trust your platform when we can’t even access our own money? I need an urgent fix to this issue and a clear statement from an official source. This is unacceptable. Give us answers and restore platform access now.
