Prime XBT Money Transfer Delay Leaves Me Frustrated

I placed a transfer request with my Prime XBT account and have been waiting far too long for my funds to be processed. Despite being told that it could take up to 24 hours, my money transfer still hasn’t come through. I find this delay completely unacceptable, especially after the repeated promises made by your support team. I have contacted customer service several times and received little to no clarity about why the delay persists. I depend on timely transfers for my financial needs, and this delay is causing me significant inconvenience. I demand that the company take immediate action to resolve my pending transaction and improve the overall service reliability so that no other customer has to face such issues.
