Unable to Use Amazon Prime Video on TV Plus

I’ve been trying to use my Amazon Prime Video membership on TV Plus, but it’s been a frustrating experience. I scan the QR code, but it doesn’t work. I try entering my password, but that also fails. Even logging in through Amazon’s website doesn’t resolve the issue. Despite having the app on my phone, it simply won’t open. If this problem isn’t resolved, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action for the inconvenience and compensation for my losses. Please address this issue immediately.
