Prime Video Charged Me Twice but Didn’t Activate My Membership
Today, while trying to start a Prime Video membership through the mobile app, a $4 payment was charged to my card twice (a total of $8). Despite these charges, no membership was activated on my account.
When I logged into the app using my email address, there was no active subscription shown.
I attempted to contact customer service to report the issue, but the system did not accept my phone number, so I could not receive any support and was unable to reach anyone regarding the problem.
I request that Prime Video urgently correct this issue—where payment was taken but no membership was provided—and activate my Prime Video subscription on my account without any further delays.
