Unable to Cancel Amazon Prime Video Account; Charges Continue Unjustly

I have been struggling for months to cancel my Amazon Prime Video account. Despite my repeated cancellation requests, the system claims there is an error and does not process the cancellation. What’s even worse is that no active membership is visible in my account, yet the subscription fee continues to be charged from my bank account.
This has become a recurring issue, and I have reached out multiple times only to be met with the same "system error" response. I demand that my account be immediately canceled, and a refund issued for all the unjust charges taken from my account. This is unacceptable and must be resolved without further delay.
