My Prime Video account has been locked, and when I try to unlock it using the provided code, I am directed to contact customer service. However, the only number given is an international one, and I cannot find any alternative contact information online. This has left me completely stuck, unable to access my account or receive support.

I don’t understand why a service as globally renowned as Prime Video makes it so difficult for customers to resolve issues. At the very least, I request that my account be canceled if this cannot be resolved promptly. Immediate assistance is necessary, and I urge Prime Video to provide accessible customer support for situations like this.
