Primark Online Order Delayed—No Tracking or Customer Support

On December 24, 2024, I placed an order worth ₺1,638 on the Primark Türkiye website. However, my order has still not arrived, and there is no shipping update.
I am now questioning the legitimacy of this website. There is no customer service contact number, and although my order appears in my account, there has been no movement or tracking information. I have tried reaching out but found no way to get help.
If anyone has experience with this situation, I would appreciate any insights. Primark should clarify whether this is an official website and ensure proper customer service for their Turkish buyers!
