Primark Online Order Never Arrived and Bank Refused to Cancel the Payment

Good evening. I purchased a few items (worth around 500–600 TL) from the Primark website, but it’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received my order. There’s no way to contact anyone, and there seems to be no official representative to resolve the issue. The products simply never arrive.
I even called my bank (VakıfBank) about the issue. At that time, the payment was still in the authorization (pending) stage and had not yet been processed by the merchant. However, the bank told me, “We cannot cancel it; you’ll need to take legal action.” As a result, my money was lost, and I was unable to recover it.
