Prezi Charged $100 Without My Consent

Prezi.com unauthorizedly charged $100 from my card without my knowledge or consent. I never approved this payment, and I have no active subscription with them.

I don’t understand how Prezi even accessed my card information or why they charged me without any notification or approval. There was no prior warning, email, or confirmation request before this transaction.

I demand an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge. Prezi must review this issue, ensure that users are not charged without consent, and improve their billing transparency. Please process my refund as soon as possible.
