Preply Account Closure and Refund Request


I am writing to address an issue I encountered with Preply and to request a resolution.
The account registered under my son Ö*** C**’s email address (o**********@gmail.com) was unexpectedly closed without any explanation. Additionally, the $50 balance in the account and the prepaid lessons for at least 12 reservations have not been refunded.
This sudden closure, without any prior notice or justification, has caused significant inconvenience and a loss of trust in your platform. I was actively using Preply’s services, and I believe this account closure may have been an error.
I respectfully request the following:
Reactivation of the account.
If reactivation is not possible, a full refund of the account balance and prepaid lessons.
A detailed explanation of the reason for the account closure.
I urge you to address this matter promptly and rectify my grievance. If no action is taken, I will be forced to pursue my legal rights. Please respond as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

I hope the same issue does not recur. My two children and I have been taking lessons on Preply for a long time, and I have introduced many people to the platform. I have done so much advertising for you. This situation really bothered me; it was not ethical at all.
