My Preply Lessons Vanished and I Can’t Reach Support

On October 21, I had a successful trial lesson with teacher Grace through Preply, and immediately afterward, I purchased a one-month, 12-lesson package. I completed the payment by credit card and created my lesson schedule.
However, today — the day my scheduled lessons were supposed to start — I encountered a message saying “You have no lessons” in the system, and my lessons were completely missing. While other parts of the site were functioning, all communication and support channels were unavailable. There was no live chat, and when I tried to reach support via email, I received no real response, only automated replies and redirections.
Because of these issues, I was forced to cancel my subscription. However, I have no clear information regarding the refund of the $88 I paid. The purchase page clearly stated that there was a refund guarantee, which is why I am now requesting a full refund of my payment.
I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved and for the refund of $88 to be processed as soon as possible.
