I Canceled My Preply Subscription but Never Got My Refund

Under my monthly subscription on Preply, I had been taking lessons regularly every week. However, on September 25, both of my accounts’ subscriptions were canceled. In total, I had 8 remaining lessons (5 + 3) that were canceled along with the subscriptions, and I am still waiting for a refund for those unused lessons.
I made all payments via credit card, and the total refund amount should be approximately $95. It has now been five days since the cancellation, and I have not received any updates or notifications regarding my refund.
When I contacted Preply Customer Support, I was initially told that the refund would be processed soon. However, when I tried to follow up, I no longer received any response. No additional documents or actions have been requested from me either.
I kindly request that my refund be processed as soon as possible and that I receive a clear update on the current status of my case.
