Preply Keeps Charging Me Even Though My Lessons Don’t Take Place
To date, I have paid a total of $118.39 on Preply, but I have experienced serious issues in almost every lesson. Most of the lessons do not take place at all, yet the payments are processed immediately. When I request a refund, the process takes an extremely long time, and in most cases, no real solution is provided.
I have contacted Preply’s customer service multiple times, but I have never received an effective response or resolution. These issues occur with almost every payment and lesson transaction, which makes the platform unreliable and frustrating to use.
I request that Preply immediately resolve this issue and refund the full amount I have paid. I also urge the company to take the necessary measures to ensure that other users do not experience the same problems.
