I Canceled My Preply Subscription the Same Day but Didn’t Get a Refund

On October 20, 2025, I made a payment on Preply for an 8-lesson subscription. However, because I was not satisfied with the service, I canceled my subscription on the same day.
After the cancellation, nothing changed in my account — the lessons were still visible and not deleted. I also tried to contact the support center to request a refund, but I was unsuccessful. So far, I have not received any response from customer service.
