Hello, I purchased a pair of Prada patterned sunglasses on 05/09/2024 with order number bey-20240509-7982752 from your website. The gold logo on the arm of the sunglasses has completely faded. I never expected such poor quality from a brand as prestigious as Prada. This kind of issue is something you’d expect from a pair of sunglasses that cost ₺100, not a luxury product. I’m requesting a replacement for the product I purchased.
