My Prada Sunglasses Logo Fell Off After a Month, No Replacement Provided
I purchased a pair of Prada sunglasses, and in less than a month, the brand logo on the side fell off. In May, I sent the glasses back under warranty, but I still haven't received them. When I called for an update, the store representative said it would take about another month for the logo to be reattached and the glasses returned. Not only did I use the sunglasses for less than a month before they broke, but instead of replacing them with a new pair, they opted for a repair that has now taken four months. I do not want a repair; I want a new product sent to me as soon as possible. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the store for causing me such a prolonged inconvenience.
