Pottery Barn's Malibu Outdoor Dining Table Cracked Outside
I paid a premium for this table, including the White Glove Service, expecting it to last for years. Instead, I'm left with a damaged product that doesn't meet the promised standards. purchased the Malibu Metal Extending Rectangular Outdoor Dining Table (76"-103") from Pottery Barn, expecting a high-quality product. However, it started showing cracks after only a few months of use. When I contacted customer service, they claimed it was due to weather and outdoor conditions, what were you thinking it was? it is marketed for outdoor use, and I followed all the care instructions provided. It’s supposed to be crafted from durable aluminum with a powder-coated finish, yet it can't withstand normal outdoor conditions, the supposed "quality" of this piece is a joke.
