Pottery Barn is the WORST! we ordered this fancy $2500 dining table, waited forever (like three weeks!) It showed up all busted! The delivery rep, R*****, promised they'd fix it right away, but that was a BIG FAT LIE. Been on the phone a million times for 3 weeks now, and nobody at Pottery Barn even bothers to call me back!
