Pottery Barn Is Giving Me a Horrible Customer Service for Damaged Dining Table
Pottery Barn is the WORST! we ordered this fancy $2500 dining table, waited forever (like three weeks!) It showed up all busted! The delivery rep, R*****, promised they'd fix it right away, but that was a BIG FAT LIE. Been on the phone a million times for 3 weeks now, and nobody at Pottery Barn even bothers to call me back! Seriously, who treats their customers like this? We're stuck with this broken table we can't even use. Anyone know how to make Pottery Barn replace this thing? NEVER ordering from them again! They don't care about us AT ALL. This table cost a fortune, and now this whole mess? Forget it! I’m going to give you one more week, next week by July 1st, you’ll give a clear answer.
