Sunfun Sina Rattan Dining Set Deformed in 1 Year—Bauhaus Refuses Warranty Claim

I purchased the Sunfun Sina Rattan Dining Set from Bauhaus, expecting it to be durable. However, after just one year, it started to deform, even though I never used it outdoors. A product designed for long-term use shouldn’t fall apart this quickly.
Since it was still within the 2-year warranty, I contacted Bauhaus for support, only to be told that they wouldn’t assist me. How can they refuse a warranty claim when the product is clearly defective?
I expect Bauhaus to honor their warranty and provide a proper solution—whether that means a replacement or repair. Customers should be able to trust that a product labeled as durable actually lasts!
