Porland Chopin and Botanical Dinner Sets Arrived Damaged and Incomplete




I deeply regret purchasing the Porland Chopin and Botanical dinnerware sets. For three months, I’ve been stuck in an endless cycle of returning defective items and receiving even worse replacements. Every piece I’ve received has been flawed or damaged, and it feels like Porland is making no effort to resolve this properly.
Most recently, the replacements for the defective items I sent back were even more disappointing—gold detailing was missing, and broken pieces were sent as if it were a joke. Additionally, Porland seems to have a policy of keeping their stock low in stores, forcing customers to accept subpar items.
This experience has been beyond frustrating. Porland’s reputation for quality no longer holds true, and I demand a resolution. Please stop wasting my time and provide the quality products I paid for!
