On May 23, 2023, a package was sent to me from the Netherlands through PostNL with the tracking number RT943044167NL. The shipment was supposed to be delivered to me in Turkey through PTT Cargo, but it became stuck in customs in Turkey and was reportedly returned to the Netherlands with the same shipment. I only discovered this information through my own efforts.
Neither PTT Cargo nor PostNL informed me about the situation, and both companies say they do not know where my package is when I contact them. When I check the tracking information, it only shows the status “Receive item at office of exchange (INB)”, which indicates the item was received at the international exchange office.
As a result, my package now appears to be lost, and I have not received any clear information or assistance. I am requesting proper attention to this issue, clear information about the location of my shipment, and help locating my missing package.
