On March 22nd, my parcel was sent from Germany. It's already May 6th, and there is still no sign of it. Despite my attempts to contact both DHL Road and DHL Air, I was met with unhelpful responses stating that they were unable to provide any information. However, PTT shifts the responsibility to Turkish distribution, stating that the parcel has not yet entered Turkey. Upon contacting DHL in Germany, they verified that the shipment has arrived in Turkey. However, they were unable to offer any additional information. I can't seem to locate my 25 kg package that was under DHL's watch. Regardless of the challenges I face in tracking my parcel through their German system, I remain determined to find it. If needed, I will take legal measures.
