On August 15, my package with tracking number CB197967830DE was shipped from Germany via DHL Kargo. It arrived in Turkey on August 27 and was handed over to PTT. On September 9, I received a call from Samsun Customs PTT informing me that my package was completely empty, containing only packaging materials.

When I asked why the parcel had been opened, I was told that every shipment passing through customs is opened and inspected. I requested an official report confirming that the package was empty, but instead, I was provided with a signed and stamped document stating that the contents consisted only of packaging and that it was exempt from customs duty.

According to DHL’s online tracking, the shipment weight was listed as 3 kg, but when transferred to PTT, it appeared as only 1400 g. This discrepancy makes me believe that the contents of my package were lost or stolen during the transfer process. The parcel never reached me, and I did not pay any fees for it. I currently hold official documents proving that the shipment arrived empty.

I demand that the missing contents of my package be located, that those responsible for this loss be identified, and that the necessary actions be taken to resolve my complaint.
