Popeyes Disappointed Me With Oily Reheated Wings Order

I had yet another major disappointment with my order number 10499404205 from Popeyes Bursa FSM branch via Trendyol. I placed a bucket of wings order around 10:30, and it was delivered about 40 minutes later at 11:10. The wings arrived dripping in oil and extremely hot. From this, I suspected that leftover cold products were reheated in oil and sent out, and the smell of the oil made me nauseous. I had experienced a similar issue before when the wings were so tough that I nearly broke my teeth. It is truly unacceptable for an order to be prepared with such carelessness and neglect. Just like KFC, Popeyes will also lose customers if this continues. I paid ₺550 with Sodexo for my order, but the service I received was definitely not worth the price. At the very least, I expect an apology.
