Hello, I am writing this complaint to you from Turkey. Your Popeyes branch, located in Mova Park Mall in Kızıltepe district of Mardin, does not operate corporately. Every time I go there is a problem. Sometimes there is only coke as a beverage, sometimes they say that our toaster is broken and they don't fix it for 1 month, sometimes they don't have french fries, they don't run the air conditioner when there are not many customers inside, and most importantly, the employees joke with each other abusively. I talked to the manager today and he says with a smile that yes, our air conditioners are still broken. I hope this warns your branch and invites you to act in accordance with a corporate company.
