McDonald’s Sent Wrong Toys And Issued Only Partial Refund

I ordered two McDonald’s menus with Friends series toys today at around 11:00 via Trendyol Go from the Istanbul Bağcılar 15 Temmuz branch. I specifically chose these menus because of the Friends toys, but they sent the wrong toys instead of the Friends toys. For this order with number 10762243116, I paid a total of ₺600. Despite the mistake being on their side, I was refunded only ₺29. I ordered these menus primarily for the Friends toys, so the partial refund is not acceptable to me. I request a full refund of the total amount I paid for this order, as the product I wanted and expected was not delivered, and the purpose of my purchase was not fulfilled.
