I recently placed an order through the Yemeksepeti application and it was dispatched from Popeyes in Sivas. Unfortunately, when I received my order, there were several problems with it – all the products had been poured into a single paper bag, everything was mixed together, and one of the drinks was completely missing despite it being listed on my order! And to make matters worse, the customer service team has not even provided me with any sort of update regarding my order or apology for the mistake. It's outrageous how disrespectful they've been towards me – I'm paying them money for their food and yet they're treating me like this? Who do they think they are?!
