Customer Dissatisfaction And Popeyes's Lack of Responsibility

I decided to use the Yemeksepeti app to place an order from Popeyes. Even though the app says my order was delivered 5 hours ago, I still haven't gotten anything. I was angry, so I checked the app again, but it still said 'delivered.' I called customer service hoping to get an answer that made sense, but all I got was a long list of apologies and no real answers. It's really sad to see a company with such bad work habits. I want to get my money back as soon as possible. I'll never go back to this restaurant again. And believe me, I won't tell anyone to do it either. Don't waste your money and time the way I did.
