Disgrace and Disrespect at Popeyes

On October 3, 2023, I had a terrifying experience at Bandirma Port Mall when I ordered a 2-piece Popeyes sandwich meal from Popeyes. They gave me fruit juice instead of the cola I requested. When my child began eating the sandwich, he noticed it only contained mayonnaise and a whole lettuce leaf, which became lodged in his throat. Fortunately, we acted quickly and averted a disaster. Today, I went to the Popeyes in Bandirma Mall to explain the situation. I was, however, met with absurd insults and profanity. One employee even attempted to leap over the counter. This situation both surprised and saddened me. I implore whoever is in charge, their supervisor or manager, to contact me. I am absolutely filing a complaint, and I request that you review the security camera footage on October 5, 2023, between 10:30 AM and 11:45 AM. You will see how your establishment is run by disgraceful and disrespectful people.
