Popeyes Delivered Poor Quality Food and I Am Taking It to the Consumer Arbitration Board





On 13.10.2024 at 21:10, I placed an order using the Popeyes food delivery app. I’ve attached the menu I received alongside the photo of the food that arrived. I will maintain my politeness, but I am directing my frustration to the Consumer Arbitration Board, complete with photographic evidence. Rest assured, I will not remain silent about this situation. The more people ignore such poor treatment, the more brands feel entitled to treat customers poorly. No one picks up money off the street, and no one should have to pay for food of this quality. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with brands under the TAB Food Group, and I’ve heard similar complaints from people in my circle. Enough is enough—stop deceiving customers!
