Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Engine Making Abnormal Noise at 64,000 KM

I own a Chery Tiggo 8 Pro and for the last three days the engine has been making an abnormal noise that resembles a diesel engine sound. This noise is especially noticeable during cold starts and at low speeds, and it was not present before. I have not yet been able to contact an authorized service, but I am concerned that this situation may indicate a mechanical problem in a relatively new vehicle.
