Pointsbet Blocks My 300k Refuses Payouts, and Labels Winning Bets as Losses
I’ve been using Pointsbet, and despite winning multiple times, I’ve never been able to withdraw a single lira. No matter what they say—no matter what instructions I follow—they always find a way to block the withdrawal. Instead, they keep pushing for more deposits, even though my account currently shows ₺300,000 in winnings.
The site is constantly under “maintenance,” making it impossible to access games or the withdrawal page. To make things worse, I submitted a winning bet slip and saw that they marked it as “lost” just to avoid paying out. I’ve included screenshots and visual proof showing my valid winning bet and the fake “loss” status they assigned.
This platform is nothing more than a scam, designed to drain money from users while denying legitimate winnings. I’m filing complaints everywhere I can. People need to know that Pointsbet is stealing money, falsifying outcomes, and manipulating users to avoid paying what’s owed.
