Pointsbet Keeps Demanding More Deposits and Blocks My Withdrawal After Winnings

There’s a site called Pointsbet that offers live match betting and initially entices users by giving a ₺3000 bonus. You’re allowed to play and even win with that bonus, which seems promising at first.

However, once you increase your balance and try to withdraw your money, they say, “Deposit ₺3000 and then you can cash out.” I did exactly that. But instead of allowing the withdrawal, they suddenly demanded another €100, claiming only then would my withdrawal be processed.

It’s a classic bait-and-switch scam—they keep moving the goalposts and never actually pay out your winnings. They just manipulate users into depositing more and more while blocking any attempt to access your balance.

I demand that Pointsbet stop these deceptive practices, and I want my winnings returned in full in ₺. Authorities need to investigate and shut this site down before more people are misled and financially exploited.
