Pointsbet Blocks Withdrawals, Takes My Winnings, and Doesn’t Return Lost Funds
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Pointsbet. This site does not allow withdrawals and refuses to pay out winnings. Despite following every instruction they gave, I was never able to withdraw my funds, even after winning multiple times.
They constantly prompt users to deposit more money, while simultaneously blocking access to the money already earned. The platform is frequently “under maintenance,” and even their games stop working mid-session. I attempted several withdrawals, and while the amounts were deducted from my account, the money never reached my bank account—and worse, it was not returned to my game balance either. The money simply vanished, and I have no idea where it went or who received it.
This is not just shady—it feels like outright theft. Pointsbet is operating with zero transparency, zero accountability, and is exploiting users.
