My experience with Plus IT Solutions has been a total nightmare, gave them my phone to fix the screen, but the whole thing has been nothing but trouble...I wish hadn't. I got my phone back after they replaced the screen, but it was pretty obvious that the new screen didn't fit quite right, what kind of fixing is this? There was, like, this gap that was big enough for a credit card to slide through. I was expecting better quality and precision from a pro repair service, so annoyed with the shoddy work that I sent the device back to Plus IT Solutions right away, telling them to fix it ASAP. But, to my bummer, the device just disappeared out of nowhere. I guess their way is either fix, or just return unfixed, if none works, just lose it. It just disappeared on them without any explanation or update on where it went, no idea what's gonna happen to my phone.
