I was having internet problems at home a few days ago, so I contacted the appropriate authorities for assistance. They arrived, checked the situation, and determined that the problem was with the cable infrastructure. Plus IT Solutions was a company I discovered while looking for a solution. When I called the company and explained the problem to them, they assured me that they would be able to resolve it. They arrived the next day and completed the necessary procedures, after which they invoiced me for their services. Regardless, the problem persists. Under no circumstances would I recommend using their services. They should either refund the money I paid them or send someone to fix the technical problem as soon as possible.
