I felt the need to write about my recent, less-than-pleasant experience with Plus It Solutions. My internet keeps breaking down, and it's really starting to get in the way of my day-to-day life. Seen many here talking about the same issue. Maybe it's how these guys do their jobs... my modem and wireless connection are always sluggish and erratic... buffering and loading displays will never finish. You should know how much my professional and academic life depend on the internet, this problem becomes all the more troublesome. Imagine the stress of having a slow and unreliable connection when you're attempting to fulfill a deadline or participate in online classes. by contacting Plus It Solutions, thought I could get a quick answer to these ongoing problems. their response, however, has been woefully inadequate. Despite my repeated complaints, I keep getting the same canned responses that do nothing to fix the issue. My concerns unheard, and I am unable to rely on anyone to help me.
