In total, I deposited 8,200 INR in separate transactions of 500, 1,000, 2,500, and 2,500 INR, and additionally, I requested a withdrawal of around 1,700 INR. In response to this withdrawal request, Parimatch sent funds to my Jio Payment Bank account in a way that has caused my bank account to be frozen due to suspicion of illegal or irregular activity. As a result, I have suffered serious financial and practical difficulties because I have been unable to use my own bank account. The India wing of Parimatch appears to be run in a completely unprofessional manner. The online chat system has been disabled so that customers cannot get instant access to any support. There is no customer care phone number, and the email support is handled by people who only send sugar‑coated, diplomatic replies without taking any concrete action. I have written to them more than 100 times by email, and despite repeatedly explaining the situation, I have not received any real solution, investigation result, or meaningful assistance in resolving either the missing deposits or the frozen bank account. Because of Parimatch’s actions and negligence, I have lost money, a great deal of time, and peace of mind, and I have been put through the serious inconvenience and stress of having my bank account frozen in India. I request full compensation for my financial losses, as well as compensation for the time lost and the difficulties I faced due to my frozen Jio Payment Bank account, and I expect this situation to be investigated urgently and handled in a transparent and responsible manner.
