PlayStation FC24 Cancellation, No Refund

I purchased the FC24 standard version game for 1,260 TL. Later, I also bought the FC24 Ultimate Edition package to avoid waiting for a week and requested a refund for the standard version I initially purchased. Despite waiting for five days, the only response I received was a request for my username, but there was no further communication. Additionally, there is no designated contact person; we only communicate via email, and there has been no response to my emails. I'm seeking a refund for my purchase.
