Unable to Download FC25 Ultimate Edition from Epic Games, Refund Denied

I purchased the FC25 Ultimate Edition from Epic Games, but the game wouldn’t download due to an error. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn’t get it to work. When I requested a refund, I was told the issue was related to EA and not Epic Games, even though I purchased the game on their platform.

The same game downloads without any problems on Steam, but it won’t work through Epic. Adding to my frustration, when I reached out to Epic’s live chat for help, the conversation was abruptly ended before my issue was resolved.

I demand a refund for the game I paid for but couldn’t use. Epic Games must take responsibility and address this issue promptly.
