Steam Refund for FC25 Not Received After 14 Days – Requesting Resolution
I purchased FC25 on October 4, 2024, through Steam and requested a refund on October 5, 2024. Steam approved the refund and assured me the money would be returned. However, more than 14 days have passed, and I still haven’t received the refunded amount.
I contacted my bank (Garanti), and they confirmed that there is no record of the refund in my account. This delay is unacceptable, and I expected a smoother process for a platform as large as Steam.
I request immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure the refund is processed without further delay. Steam must provide a clear explanation and follow up to address this problem promptly.
